Maybe you've moved on. I still haven't changed my FB status from "In a Relationship". (Even though he never answers my messages anymore. I think he's blocked me.)
Now that I think about it, especially today, it feels a lot more like I'm secretly looking at the FB page of my ex through a swollen black eye, while the supposedly great guy my friend set me up with is passed out drunk on the couch, drooling onto the same stained t-shirt he's been wearing for the last week since he came home early from work after being fired for incompetence. Again.
(That "fired" bit is the happy part of my little fantasy.)
