Getting a first down once and awhile has a way of making the defense look better (field position, rest and all that).

We had a 7 point lead with 18 minutes left. MSU outscored OSU 10-0 by running it down our throats and completing one pass for six yards.

But never mind that, it was entirely Tim Beck.

I knew deviating from the official scapegoat narrative probably wouldn't go over well, but if you think Tim Beck is the only reason OSU lost to Sparty you've chosen to overlook other failures on that miserable day.
