Believing a 3rd string QB is going to lead the team to a NC may be the definition of delusional.

I don't know if Cardale can lead us to a NC or not. I'm not, however, going to base my opinion of his abilities solely on mop up duty and being thrown into a game cold after an injury. I'll reserve judgement until I see a game in which:

A) he receives first team reps all week
and
B) the coaches are able to create a game plan based on his strengths and weaknesses.

Seems quite rational to me.
