You're worrying about shit that doesn't even exist when there is plenty of reasons to be looking forward to the future no matter what happens next week or next month or whenever they play. Have fun being afraid of your shadow or whatever it is affecting you.

The problem is overcompensating. There's a difference between tempering expectation and setting the bar low so as not to get your feelings hurt.
Nothing at this point suggests there's not a possibility to keep winning, so limping in is not suddenly the expectation.
