2014 Week 11 CFB Open Thread

Wow, well, one less team than we hoped would lose did. Would have helped a lot, but hopefully it won't be an issue.

This is kinda preferred imo. If LSU wins this game, they're in the picture as a 2-loss with several "quality wins". Now with 3, they're out. Alabama would've still been there too (just like Ole Miss) as a 2-loss.
There's probably going to be 2 SEC teams... but at the very minimum there's going to be 1. May as well be a 1-loss. Even so, 'Bama still has Miss St. and Auburn left. This was the last team left for LSU (though I wouldn't be surprised if they get upset by Ark or Aggy... QB play has been terrible)

Actaully, I think this means only 1 SEC team without total chaos. Miss St/Bammer winner goes unless East winner upsets in CCG.

I think both those teams probably go, so long as it's a close game. Depends what happens with Miss St. - Ole Miss and Bama - Auburn... and then the CCG, but if both have no more than 2 losses the campaigning will be in full effect and committee has already shown they'll play that game.
