2014 TSUN Shenanigans and Arguments

I think the two situations are a bit different, OSU is coming off Tressel Gate, in a normal year I doubt any of them get a game, nor do I think they deserved a game. From the tape on Hyde he clearly did not punch anyone. The game is a bit different in Columbus due to past history of Tressel and Meyers 30+ arrest while at Florida. Far or unfair he is getting watch by the media.

Second I am not lumping any coach together, I am saying as long as the coach(insert yours here) states it's handled and there are no recurring events, what's the issue?

Paging germ...

I hear that Franklin guy is a pretty good head coach. Imagine him with a full scholly slate and the recruiting pull that scUM offers. scUM should definitely go after him.

Trolls of BWI, start the rumor please. :biggrin2:

Eh, when I can't remember one of their names, I usually just default to "douchebag"...

so two Ohio State fans were walking to the game when they saw a naked lady on the grass, passed out, dead drunk.
the one Buckeye took off his cap, and placed it over one of her breasts, and the other Buckeye followed suit.
about this time, a TSUN fan arrived, and, taking the Buckeyes' queue, placed his hat over her nether region.

upon arrival, the police officer got out his notepad, and started taking notes.
he briefly lifted each of the Ohio State hats, took a peek, then jotted a note.
he then lifted the Meatchicken hat and did a double take.
he replaced it, then went back for another look.

at this point, the Buckeyes had had enough.
"what's the big idea? you some kind of pervert?" demanded one.

"oh, no, no no!" the cop quickly replied.
"i was just confused for a minute.
you see, 99% of the time, i see assholes under those hats."

Michigan is #1! The #1 biggest dumpster fire in college football, according to Forde.

Michigan (1). Things started wretchedly enough on the field – a 2-4 stagger through the first half of the season that included a torrent of turnovers and the same general offensive malaise that plagued last year’s team (and led to the hiring of a high-priced new coordinator). Then the other issues kicked in – coach Brady Hoke was strongly questioned on-air during the loss to Minnesota about keeping quarterback Shane Morris in when he appeared to be knocked silly and limping badly. That situation got worse in the following days, commensurate with Hoke’s sorry answers on the issue, and ultimately led to a 1 a.m. statement release by athletic director Dave Brandon and an apology from the school president for mishandling Morris’ health. After that came the planted stake at Spartan Stadium, which gave Michigan State one more reason to run up the score on the Wolverines in a 35-11 loss. And the publishing of snotty emails from Brandon to unhappy fans. And then Brandon was forced to resign. Now, this week, with the Wolverines riding a meager two-game winning streak, came the arrest and rapid dismissal of defensive end Frank Clark – the team leader in tackles for loss – after a domestic dispute with his girlfriend in an Ohio hotel. Two years ago, Hoke suspended Clark all of one game for felony theft of a laptop from a dorm room. The inevitable final act in this epically disastrous season should come in two weeks, when Hoke is fired. The only thing that could be worse would be keeping him.

There is a growing feeling that the grand Suga Shane experiment is essentially already dead in the water. Basically, he has looked so horrific,

It's hard to look good when running for your life, having your ass planted 10 yards deep, counting on midget halfbacks to pick up blitzers and throwing to anyone other than your tightend(s) (who you also need to stay in and block...

It's an amusing situation from my perspective, but then I'm not Hoke.

Not talking just game situations. Reading their boards, and some of their insiders...not to mention non-partisan observers of their practices...indicate he has all kinds of issues aside from just running for his life in games. He's inaccurate, he freelances, and just doesn't look like a very good QB. Which anybody that simply looked at his HS stats or watched his film could see. His high rating was based on the fact that he has a good arm. That seems to be the sum of it. Sure, maybe the right staff could "coach him up", but a new staff is just as, or more likely to want their own guy. I'll be surprised if Suga is ever the starting QB up there. He's just not very good. The general feeling on their boards is that the "Manzone" is their newest savior. More people are talking about redshirting freshman Wilton Speight than about Suga nowadays.
