2014 Bowl Games Open Thread

Herbie just had a 4 hour Oregasm during the only game being played so now all the mediots will be parroting it for 9 days or so.

I put this in the same category as my Christmas decorations. They were there in December and January 1st, and I have no intention of changing anything for the next week-and-a-half. So, why change the script now, either? It would be bad luck to go into the next game with anyone other than Buckeyes thinking the team had a chance.

Jesse Palmer doesn't think bowl record is indicative of conference strength. I wonder if that opinion has anything to do with the sec west teams faceplanting in the biggest bowls.

Yeah, funny thing how that line has cropped up repeatedly over the last couple days. The really funny part is that I seem to remember in past years, when the bleeping ess eee seeeeeee won most of their games, that it was monumentally important and a clear indication of conference superiority. Buncha hypocrites.
