Wow, Tech got away with a couple penalties on that pick six. Doesn't make the pass any less ridiculous, but still.

Going for 2 in the first half is always stupid. If it's 21-9 at halftime and they score in the 3rd quarter going for two then would also be stupid. The success rate makes it a dumb play until you absolutely have to take the gamble.

The problem with "the card" is it doesn't consider the difference in success rate of kicks (over 95%) versus two pointers (less than 50%).
