Game Thread 2014 B1G Championship Game: tOSU vs. Wisconsin, Dec. 6, 8:17 PM ET, FOX

Listening to Baylor's coach state his case makes everyone lose brain cells. It's pretty brutal. Guy should not be speaking in public.

"We played one more away game than anyone else"

Really? We played one more game, period. 12-1 vs 11-1. Plus we beat better competition in away games and just curb stomped the top 2 defense in the nation for the first ever conference championship shutout. What say you?
If that hilljack says "body of work" one more time, I'm going to Fedex ESPN a big steamy pile of shit...

I have never been so happy to have been so wrong.

I love this team. They play with a single mind and as a single body. Ohio State has not seen that since 2002. This team is a JUGGERNAUT in the making. And we have this man to thank for it:

He steered this team through losing 2 Heisman caliber QBs. He kept them focused when tragedy struck. He has this team executing at a level I can never remember occurring in my lifetime.

This was one of the greatest, most complete games I have ever seen Ohio State play. In what it lacked in drama, it gained in utter dominance. We are in good hands going forward and that is because this man, this leader, fought through the adversity and developed this team into that single unit.

@NateSilver538: Big problem for Baylor is that if the committee wants to avoid the whole head-to-head debate, easiest way is to omit both Baylor and TCU.
It really is though if you think about it.... This whole argument is avoided if today TCU/Baylor once again met for the Big12 championship game. I have no doubts that whoever would've won the big 12 championship game would've gotten the 4th spot over us. The only problem is they didn't have a championship game and while Baylor does have the head to head win they both lost games just like OSU. Only difference is we ran the table in our conference that IMO is better to begin with.

Who has played 4 top 10 defenses? Who has faced the top 2 running backs in the nation? Who had to play all of this freaking year without it's senior QB and then lost their best player right before the championship game? We have a death on the team and oh by the way had to play their TCU to our Baylor at Night in their house and we smoked them. IMO it's a no brainer you send a message that you cannot strategically maneuver into the top 4 by dodging what is perhaps the most difficult game of your season in your conference championship game.
