Game Thread 2014 B1G Championship Game: tOSU vs. Wisconsin, Dec. 6, 8:17 PM ET, FOX

Nothing else really matters now. Enjoy this win folks. One of the most brilliant in my Buckeye rooting life. If we don't get in, so be it. Many great seasons ahead. And if we get in... our opponent

Absolutely agree. How can they justify dropping TCU two spots based on what they, FSU, and OSU did this weekend? OSU has been more impressive than TCU, but has FSU been more impressive than TCU? And then.... how can they justify leaving out undefeated FSU?

Three reasons:
  1. Ohio State added an impressive quality win to its resume today. TCU did not.
  2. Ohio State is gonna win an outright conference championship. TCU will be sharing theirs to a team they lost to.
  3. TCU's two best wins of the season became a little less impressive today.

Florida State beat #11 this week so they jump TCU who beat a very bad Iowa St. Then Ohio State whipped #13. You give them the nod because they are the conference champs while TCU is a co champ and lost head to head to Baylor. Not saying it will happen but that's the rationale

Plus millions of dollars lost if they choose to go the other way. Just saying. No one is bringing that up, but it's a very real thing.

How in the hell did they jump GTech over Wisky in the first place?

Shenanigans started on Tuesday. Not much outside of a loss to top 4 would have put us in. They already had their minds made up before our Bucks were allowed to even make their statement.

The only reason that the committee has FSU at 4 and TCU at 3 is because of bowl matchup reasons. Bama vs. FSU in the Sugar? You know that's gonna be a ratings and ticket boom, same for Ducks and Frogs in the Rose. The more likely action is for FSU and Bama to flip in the final rankings while TCU drops out to be replaced with the Bucks.
