So now Illinois takes a timeout ? Why not take one when the shot clock was down to 5 and nothing was happening and he was doubled

Running the clock down is good, but you have to get some kind of shot off (not just heave it up) to give your team a chance. Bad possession.

Inexplicably Illinois goes away from the zone the last two possessions and gets burned. That's what got them back in it.
