Don't know what got into Bortles, but those were two horrible decisions back to back.

Not having a great game, it has to be the cold. Hell, he was born and raised in Florida.
This is the same issue that a lot of these kids have that are from the south, go to a southern college but get drafted to a northern outdoor NFL team. I admire it when a kid like Carlos Hyde or Dontre Wilson can leave a sunny state and embrace the Ohio winters and play like a champion.
