Little late watching this on DVR. Dear Lord, Jersey Shore is terrible. How in the world do they justify a 5* ranking after the trifecta of fail (regular HS season, pre-game skills competitions, and actual game-action)...:slappy:

ESPN is actually the only one of the four major recruiting sites(Scout, Rivals, 247) that doesn't have him as a five-star.

St. Ignatius played against both Shane Morris and Mitch Trubisky. Had a HS coach tell me St. Iggy players said Trubisky was "2X" the QB.

It's only 100 recruits, but Athlon Sports Consensus combines all the lists (and I like that).

It also shows the disparities with the different lists.

Welcome to the club. I'll give the kid going to UF credit but Bell closed it down early in that game. Seemed like the White team didn't want to go anywhere near him by the 2nd quarter.

I would have liked to seen more out of Bosa in this game. One all-star game doesn't mean anything whether you do good or bad but I still would have liked to see him be more of a force in the trenches. Bell looks to be a beast and Marshall seems to be legit.

As you'd expect:

Shane didn't play over half his senior due to mono #1

#2 he played on a terrible team in highschool

#3 very hard to get into a rythm when playing every 3rd series

You can't take anything away from a game like this when it comes to the QB posistion.

Besides we all know that Shane needs a RS

Don't give two shyts about a skills challenge...what I do know is that Morris received a lot of praise (and some criticisms) from Scout analysts leading up to today's game. People who take too much good or bad from these glorified scrimmages show little understanding of how real football works IMHO.
