2013 TSUN shenanigans and arguments

BTN's Big 3 stated that they saw distinct separation between Ohio State and Michigan and the rest of the conference. Facilities and recruiting seemed to be their measure. Laugh if you want, but I think Hoke is bringing Michigan back and let us not forget that the 1969 Bucks headed up to AA following an undefeated season Rose Bowl/National Championship under their belt plus another 9 wins, only to get ambushed by a young coach.

There is little similarity between '68-'69 and '12'-'13. In '68 we humiliated Michigan 50-14 (and Schembechler wasn't even the head coach yet)...in '12 we won by a mere 5 points. '69 was Schbechler's first year as head coach at Michigan...'13 will Hoke's third. Schembechler's practice's were so tough he drive off about a fourth of his team...Hoke prefers a family BBQ atmosphere. Schembechler was a former assistant to Woody, against whom he ended up facing in '69...Hoke has zero ties to either Ohio State or Urban Meyer. Most importantly, Hoke =/= Schembechler.

Actually it is fact Hokes practices have been the roughest since pre Lloyd Carr Country Club days ( last couple years of his tenure at Michigan. ) . Don't know where you get your information but every analyst has stated they haven't seen helmets cracking like this since the 90s Wolverine, and that the size of the athletes is back to old school Michigan.

Are you seriously implying that Hoke's practices are any where near how Bo's practices were? As for "size of the athletes", I've seen some of their "size" and I'm not the least impressed.

Its been stated that the practices have been very physical this year. Hoke has wanted it to be more physical but depth hasn't been there. I don't think he's running them until they drop. But the physicality has been.

Where am I insinuating that? I am saying by all accounts his practices are so much more physical than Rr days and Lloyd's back days at Michigan. They compared the practices now to those back in the 90s, and the players have came out and said Hoke stepped the physicality in practice up some notches and they love it. And that is your opinion about not liking the size. And i respect it, doesnt matter it all comes down to play on the field. But Along the o line and d line for starters I know Both lines are in the top 3 in B1G

JFC. I was comparing Hoke with Schembechler in reply to CinciBuck's post in which he attempted to draw a parallel between '68-'69 and '12-'13. I nowhere mentioned Carr or DickRod. Read and comprehend before your post...
