Huh. I just went with total defense and assumed. That said, I vividly remember their defense being a liability. Stats say they we're good. I remember hearing compliments during their Super Bowl season how they stepped up against the run. What was the rush defense for those teams? Out of curiosity. All I remember is them beating up on an incredibly weak AFC south then struggling against better opponents.

Not sure about their run defense. I do recall it getting absolutely GASHED during part of their SB season. Like, 200 yards a game GASHED for a while. But that was one of the stories during the lead up to the SB...how much that had improved.

IF Denver's defense can get themselves fixed, watch out. That being said, Romo looks pretty good right now too. And Dez Bryant is a straight BEAST.
