Just saw the highlights of this. Richmond's coach is such a clown. First he made the bad call to foul to prevent a three. Then he didn't keep his players composed enough to keep from committing one of the I've ever seen in a basketball game. Then he can't even stay composed enough to be allowed to stay on the sideline to finish what he set in motion.

Line of the night from the MAC tournament after a guy hit like 2 or 3 shots in a row: "Somebody better get a towel, because he's about to explode!" :lol: Apparently Peter North plays for Buffalo this year...

First Middle Tennessee and now this shit. I was looking forward to seeing these teams in the tourney. Instead, we'll get some crap teams who got lucky in their 3rd match up on a neutral floor get blown out. :ohwell:

Akron was only 13 for 28 from the FT line but still managed to get by Kent State in the MAC semis.

This is the Zips 7th straight appearance in the MAC title game.

I hope they do make it ... and UK gets left out as they should be. The Cats went 0-4 away from home in the post-Noel portion of their season, and each of those losses were to teams that aren't likely to get an at-large in the NCAA tourney. I think that should spell NIT for UK.

But but but, tournaments are infallible in their ability to unequivocally prove who the best team is and are always infinitely more intriguing than a matchup of the top teams from the regular season!

Finally saw the replay. I don't blame him for getting t'd up after they called the foul a shooting foul. They would have had to physically remove me from the court after that call. I would have planted my ass at center court and refused to move. What a ridiculous call. :lol:
