I've already said. A degree in CS is worthless other than saying you got a degree (they want to make sure you went to college). It's all about certifications.

That's not true either though. I'd modify it to that a Degree in CS is worthless unless you want to be a coder monkey. Network admin, head of IT, head of network security and numerous others are definately all about the certs though.
