I think I need to take a break from the MgOMGweareindenial board. There's only so many ignorant/hateful post that I can laugh at in one day. They were spewing enough venom after their team lost in Columbus. This was salt in the wound.

the "WE BEAT HIM WITH TEBOW AND HARVIN" comment is also hilarious....still bragging about beating a 4 loss Florida team 2 coaches ago.....

if you want true comedy, make sure to remind them who UF's DC was during that game when UF's team of freshmen couldn't stop michigan's senior laden crop that all came back for a big 10 and national title but lost to appy state at home game 1.

Somebody on there last night was saying Michigan is 2-0 against Urban....counting the whopping 3 point win at home they had over Utah in 2002.

The only problem with that is beating the 2002 Utes was not all that impressive, since they were 5-6. Oh yeah.....and Urban Meyer wasn't their coach then. Other than that....

I don't think he's saying you guys lowered anything, I believe he's trying to make the excuse that Michigan is raising theirs. It's really a silly argument, if you ask me and has not much to do with swinging and missing on some of these kids as of late.

oh. He added it in his diatribe about how sleazy Meyer was so his comment:

And Michigan's coach didn't demand that academic standards for athletes be lowered as a requirement before taking the job.

I assumed he meant Meyer did do that.

But I agree. That has nothing to do with missing. If that were the case, Michigan wouldn't have even offered the player.
