2012 SEC Discussion & Division Races

Tennessee has thrown a pick six among other turnovers, leading to a 10-10 tie against Akron after 1. (I thought they were one of the more impressive "others" down south)

Interesting and remarkable stat.
Through Five Games - Keith Marshall and Todd Gurley are tied for 1 and 2 in rushing yardage in the SEC.

More SEC Stats, the Dawgs are second in the conference in Net Yards Per Play, lead by gaining a ridiculous 8 yards per play to date. I would imagine that number will decrease in upcoming weeks. Hopefully the D-YPP drops as MLB - Alex Ogletree and S - Baccari Rambo shake off the rust of their suspensions:

Conference Power Rankings - Basically a spilt between the Big12 and SEC.

Coincidently, while the SEC has 5 teams in the AP Top 10, this is the first time in league history that four teams have played each other on the same week, all while being ranked in the AP Top 10.

Yeah, right...

The Big 12 Loses Nebraska, Colorado, Missouri and aTm and adds the Mountaineers and other whatevers and they're in the discussion for top conference.

smh
