I think NBC was in charge of the online feed too, which is what I watched yesterday. Every break in the action they played that stupid fucking fake-ass Irish rock song - that one that they play during every Mark Wahlberg movie trailer. So annoying.

At one point, 28 mins, i saw 4 putts. that was it. filled with dumb ass "short documentaries" that no one gives a SHIT about. Also 52 mins with out anything but maybe 2 or 3 approach shots, the rest putts. it did get better but what a joke. Glad Ill be away from the tv tomorrow cause it really pissed me off today. #nbcfail was trending for a little at one point on twitter

Montgomery has a truckload of excuses from his playing career, which despite the hype almost always came up short in big moments.

Rory McIlroy almost misses his tee time because he got confused by the time zones while watching the pre match show on the Golf Channel. :lol:

He got there with about 10 minutes to spare so no warm up.

They have Jack Nicklaus on the Sky Sports broadcast (which I am assuming is also the BBC broadcast). Luke Donald was hitting and Jack Nicklaus started saying "I don't understand how he could be world #1 at one time without ever winning a major. I have no idea how they weigh events, but it just seems strange to me. They need to weight the majors more." Monty then chimes in "I glad they didn't didn't do that." Jack started apologizing. Of course he should have said "I am sorry Monty. Sorry you were such a loser. I mean come on, I have 18 of them and you couldn't get 1."
