I think best tOSU can do is Dodson, Marcus and Diggs (just guessing), but getting those three would be beyond any dreams I might have had for this class.

I'm guessing that the given time zone the recruit lives in will determine that. With most of our recruits being East Coast kids EST seems logical. Neal is West Coast but is not signing until well after the first anyway.
