Safety B.J. Bello has decommitted from Western Michigan in favor of Illinois, and linebacker Mike Svetina is no longer heading to Miami (Ohio), instead giving his commtiment to the Illini.

The 6-foot-2, 220-pound Svetina helped lead Cleveland (Ohio) St. Ignatius to a state championship, racking up 111 tackles, four sacks and three interceptions. He was named the Cleveland Plain-Dealer Defensive Player of the Year and Ohio Division-I Co-Defensive Player of the Year.
