tends to be what happens when you create a welfare state, enforce that with things like drug clinics. anyone who has been to van knows how beautiful it is, go to the right areas (or i guess wrong areas) and youll see hundreds of people strung out on the streets after leaving a drug clinic, places where druggies go to ensure they do things right, eg get supervisions, free needles, etc for their habits.No fucking way, these guys? Really?
If I didn't know better I'd ask where Izzo was last night because that's definitely an angry dwarf in the front
