Personally, I'm excited to see Hall and Berry. I'd love to see them start and put up big numbers. From what I've seen, I have a lot of faith that they can do so. Seems to me like there's been a lot of success with few opportunities.

I'm really looking forward to watching Berry grow as a player. I believe that kid can be special for us down the road.

I did not want to emphasize too strongly that Solomon would be ineligible for the start of next year, because in all of the BB73 posts on BP, this may be the only mistake ever made past, present or future.:bow:

Please JT/NCAA infractions committee make Solly's 5 game ineligibility
punishment go away so that BB73's record can be kept intact!:biggrin:

The WR's (sans Posey) I believe will be Brown, Fields in the slot, and Williams. With the sudden discovery at tOSU that Te's are allowed to catch the ball AND run, I think we will be fine at the wr spot. Although I hope Louis, Jackson, the incoming wr's and Schwartz (he'll be a sr right?) push those three like crazy. Comp is good.

Story is raw and is new to the wr spot according to several reports. Not saying its impossible but he'll take some time to change from athlete to wide receiver. If a newbie makes the jump I think it will be Spencer. Having a coach at home is a huge advantage on learning proper footwork and route trees.

I don't know about Louis over Williams. Big Ty actually was the one who I heard praises about in the bowl prep. Plus if you?re breaking in a new QB a 6'7 target is much easier to hit. Moon balls his direction become great plays. :wink:

I am also looking forward to seeing Hall and Berry next year. Both guys have shown huge upsides to their game. Should be interesting to see who becomes the solid #2 when Herron gets back, and who becomes the starting the following season.

As for the QB situation, this could be a great opportunity for Braxton if he truly is the our guy of the future, which it looks like he will be. If Braxton would start and/or play a lot before TP came back that would give him all that valued play time. With TP still around, he can teach the kid and help him improve. There are only 2 somewhat difficult games he would play in (Miami and MSU), and if he isn't ready for those we still have Bauserman and Guiton for those. If the coaching staff used this opportunity, Braxton would have a huge leg up for the 2012 season.

Does anyone know if the suspended players are allowed on the sidelines during their first 5 games? Or are they not allowed to be there? Also are they allowed to practice with the team when the season starts or do they have to go on like a seperate field or something like that?

They are definitely able to practice and do everything with the team off the field, but I doubt they are able to be on the sidelines on game day.

Hyde and Smith are going to push for PT next season. JT likes his big backs.....what a problem to have, 4 guys and then Boom later in the season all wanting snaps. So nice to see depth.

I look for TP to not run much at all next season and us to utilize this talent we are building. Go Bucks
