This morning, #6 seed Li Na takes down #7 Sharapova, to advance to Saturday's final.
In the other semi, #11 seed Marion Bartoli and #5 Shiavone look to get to the final on Saturday.

and Li Na, or Na Li whatever it is wins the 2011 French Open beating Schiavone 6-4, 7-6 (0)

Schiavone let a call affect her in a big way, at 5-6 (Na serving to send into tiebreak) it was Deuce, Na's shot was called wide that would have given Schiavone a set point, chair ump came and looked and said no, it caught the line, point Na, Schiavone was livid, NBC showed a closeup of the mark, and it was one of those it's hard to tell if it really caught or not. Schiavone did not win another point after that
