Most importantly the first player in OSU history to score a TD in 3 different games vs scUM (BB73 can verify but I think there are only two).

Another tidbit concerning Warfield just because its one of my favorite, infrequently told, stories about The Game and Woody's hatred for scUM;
1961 The Game (odd numbered year so remember its being played in AA).
-Its 42-14 good guys with 4:45 left and OSU gets the ball back on their own 20 after a meaningless late scUM TD. Woody isn't impressed.
-Woody sends all the starters back out and calls a pass play to Warfield that goes for 70 yards. AA crowd isn't jangling keys anymore, they are pissed.
-Woody figures haters gonna hate, continues to call passes and the Bucks score a TD with 5 seconds left. AA crowd long ago retired the "pardon our arrogance" sign and are going crazy.
-Woody remains unfazed by the haters and goes for two with less than 5 seconds to go and a 34 point lead. Final score 50-14. AA crowd rushes the field looking for blood, OSU players carry Woody off on their shoulders, much fan violence ensues, AA cops have to clear the field.
Can you imagine if that kind of thing went down today?
