A Simple Solution
Given that your last search for a head coach ended in a complete disaster, I offer this simple solution so that if and when you should find your beloved Wolverines 0 - 2, rolled over by UConn and buried by Old Lady, you will have planning guidance on hand:
1) Forget Harbaugh. a) He has a new super shitter. b) He mouthed off about Michigan academics. c) He probably doesn't want to leave a situation where he's a near diety if he has a .500 season.
2) Forget The Hat. Do you want to bring up all that nasty stuff again? Besides, you're probably not going to be able to afford his above the table salary, let alone his under the table, without having the Michigan faculty going on the war path.
3) You need a Michigan man, but one who will be able to go mid season when little brother rolls your ass too. To which I suggest: Charlie Weiss.
a) He's got arrogant down, especially arrogant with nothing to support the arrogance.
b) He already has a maize and blue wardrobe.
c) Harbaugh knocked your academics, Charlie merely suggested you go to hell.
d) He knows how to blame his predecessor for his losses.
e) He knows how to take 5 star talent and develop it into 2 star performance.
f) He's available.

May I suggest:
#1 The guy has led a team to the Rose Bowl more recently then Michigan's been there.
#2 The guy has beaten Ohio State more recently then Michigan has
#3 He has experience developing dynamic dual threat quarterbacks such as Juice Williams, he may even be capable of teaching them how to tie their own shoes
#4 He's beaten you guys by a combined score of 83-33 the past 2 seasons
