I expect Devin to be a good player for them, especially if he can actually introduce a downfield passing game to RR's offense, but:
a) That looks like the same old defense, out of position, poor pursuit angles, very weak foot speed... unable to track down an athletic but not overly speedy Devin.
b) It was a unit of backups however.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e2tpF2Xo1tI

hey. don't heap all the expectations you would expect of a Div1A football power on this poor team. that's like expecting the Pirates to win the World Series.Bad camera angle, but it looked like a simple direct snap inside zone play to the quarterback. 2nd string D should have no problem limiting that to a non-60 yard touchdown.
...he's serious. Probably because their programs are geared to be MORE football player friendly than at Michigan, if ya know what I mean.

No, no, no. Thomas Beaver says so. That's all I need.BuckeyeNation27;1689324; said:i love when those retards whine about "negative recruiting". they act like this is some new concept to the college football world and it's only done against Michigan. and of course, Michigan would never partake in anything so awful.

They already ran a variation of it last year. Worked out great!VprHis;1689470; said:Pardon me if it's already been discussed--
Big Ten Tonight reported that the scUMweasels will be using the 3-3-5 as their base defense this fall.
...really? Do their coaches want to be unemployed 8 months from now? Are they aware that they're in the Big TEN, and not the big EAST? We have linemen who average over 300lb blocking for 220 lb running backs, frequently with a 250lb lead blocking fullback.
...and you're in a 3-3-5.
Good Grief.

Changing the terminology will surely help. Clearly the verbiage was the issue.Buckeye86;1689479; said:yeah, they're not really running a 3-3-5, just the same thing as last year with different terminology
like you said, it worked great last year, so everybody freaking out is just a dick rod hater and not all in
