OK...has anybody ever seen the movie "Broken Arrow" with John Travolta and Christian Slater?

There's a part in the movie where Travolta says "Can you please...stop...shooting...at the thermonuclear weapons?"

Do these idiots that think their offense is "unstoppable" realize that they put less than 30 points on the board to the following teams: Notre Dame, MSU, Purdue, and Ohio State? That is 1/3 of the season. Two of those teams were total scrubs as well.

I consider OSU's offense to not even be remotely close to unstopable, and we are 11th in the country in points scored (39 ppg)...scUM is 22nd (34 ppg). Of course, you never hear any talking heads bring that up. When previewing the Gator Bowl, I thought the talking heads were going to jizz themselves over them.

Some guy who has been bashed by wetdream as an RR hater who has an agenda went and found old posts about the fantasy that the UM faithful had about the RR hire as well as counter points that were pretty much dead on.

One WVU poster (that I am sure wetdream promptly banned) posted this little nugget:

The excuses will come from your coach and he will never point the blame at himself. IE "the players just didn't execute today". You will hear this statement at least a hundred times over the next 3 years or until UM fires RR.

'wetdream' is a fucking tool.

He's obviously received his marching orders from Beaver and he's on a quest to purge that place from any type of criticism or dissension. And we all know the moment that RR is canned or on his way to being called Beaver will give him his instructions and all of a sudden it will be "I hated RR the entire time" or something like that.

It'll be hilarious to watch.

I figured it was only a matter of time before this shit started on Stadium and Main:

Wow, they are digging big time in this thread. They are seriously contending that they should claim something like 25+ national championships or some shit like that.

Also, anyone who posts something negative, or could be construed as negative against these claims, are being edited out by the mods or deleted all together.

The need for Preperation H on that site because of the butthurt is simply amazing.

Dantonio said of UM: "Pride comes before the fall." This should be editted for them to "Pride comes before, during, and after the fall."

Keep holding that rope and spotting the ball!!:osu:

For the record, we have 22 national championships from major selectors according to the NCAA record book. People started creating nonsensical reasons to not count them after the fact, but they were won nonetheless. Michigan is only behind Princeton (28) and Yale (27), so Michigan has more officially recognized national championships than any other team still playing in the bowl subdivision. Ohio State only has 13 hence all of the excuses why ours don't count.
