When someone posts in the baseball forum it is a real event, so I checked out ol' chelsea's profile. She/he/it has a URL to a ticket web site in her/his/its sig. Too bad for them that sigs are turned off.

Bad luck to LSU - a liner in the second inning hit their starter in the shin. He went the inning, and then had to sit. Change of pitchers with not much improvement, and a 7-0 Gator lead in the third.

Glad to be winning, but I don't like to see anybody get hurt, much less a kid just getting off a four week injury stint.

Beat the Corn Dogs 7-3 in Saturday's game, and now start the remainder of Friday's lightning/rain suspended game, UF leading 7-0 in the fifth.

(Defending National Champion LSU has now lost five in a row, and needs a big comeback to stop the slide going to six. )

Edit: a game comeback by the tiggers, but they go down 8-5 to end Friday's game

Went out to cut the lawn and do errands in the second inning with Gators leading 1-0, come back to the bottom of fifth and we are up 11-1.

Day-um

Bats working.

update: 14-4 Gators, bottom of the 8th.

We had 15 hits Friday, and we have 14 so far today. Hard to lose if you have that much success at the plate, no matter what your pitching looks like. Looks like 32 Bama fans in the stands. :lol:

Scare from the leg humpers tonight. Looking ahead to South Carolina - or just a hated rival playing great to ruin our shot at the SEC regular season championship??

Trailing 3-2 to the poodles in the bottom of the 9th - Florida scores 2 to win. :banger:

Watched Thurs. and Friday. That's a really solid baseball team you got there Gator. Congrats on the no 1 SEC tournament seed. Of course, I don't think you even played the best team in SC this year. I'd like to meet you guys in a few weeks a ways west of me and north of you... :)

All I want is to not get swept in our own super regional like last year :(

'Course, it is nice to know we are hosting again no matter what we do in the SEC tourney. :groove:

I'd be happy to see you in Omaha...but that's about it. :lol:
