Ok so someone clarify the rule on making drops at the moment for me. Do they go back in the pool and then we get to make pick ups immediately after the draft or do we get to pick in the last rounds if we drop?

No no no.

You can drop players before the last round, and then pick up other players in the final round, but only on approval from a majority of the rest of the league. The vote is based upon the level of hotness and amateurness of the nubile woman you include as an image in your post requesting to drop players. The woman should be blonde (because we all like brunettes in real life, and this is a fantasy), 34c, 29 waist, 36 hips. She should be smiling and have slightly imperfect teeth. My cum should be on them (Yes, mine, deal). She should look slightly tired, as if she is awake but barely so due to the ferociousness with which I just had her. Mascara is key for this. Her eyes should say "you just had me so well, I am so beat, I can't fight, I woudn't want to, I would take you inside me anytime you want."
