I don't know when waivers start but I do know that you used the waiver wire quite a bit last year. You even used it more than I did and that's deplorable

Gotta tinker with the team. I tell them at the beginning that no spot is safe, and that they better produce or theyre fucking gone!

As soon as the draft is complete & I process the draft results, you can start making moves.

At first. Then I noticed the fact not everybody could type or spell when I tried to add a guy I'd confirmed was available via search - and he was taken.
