2010 BPCFFB League #2 Season Thread

I wonder when he was going to get picked and can't understand why everyone was staying away from him. I guess he is not a burner and that's one reason I backed off of him but my RB from Missouri certainy is not a burner so I have no idea why I do not take him previously. Well, I have an idea but I'm not going to admit it:wink2:

I think people were concerned that Rex Burkhead was starting to get a lot of carries towards the end of the season. The way I see it is that Helu is a Senior and still the starter, as well Nebraska's running makes JT look like June Jones. The icing on the cake for me when trying to decide between a few backs was Nebraska's soft schedule that includes, Western Kentucky, Idaho (bowl team but awful defense) and South Dakota State. I see him as a good value at this point.

The problem with me is that I have not been looking at my selection's team schedule before drafting them and a couple times I have been down to one or another and should have checked the out. The one thing about Nebraska is you know that they are going to grind it out quite a bit of the time.

I don't normally do that, but I was torn between a couple of players. That was the deciding point, as the other player had all BCS teams on his schedule.

wtf, changing the roster settings after the draft is well under way?

if I would had known we were going to be starting 3 RBs, I would had drafted another RB instead of a TE in that spot

you chose 1 back in your first five picks. You didn't fill your other RB spot, nor the flex with either type of player.

The convenience, features and organization of an online system outweigh the value of a 5th round pick.

I waited until the 4th round to draft a Wr, thinking I only needed 2 WRs. There are pros and cons, but the pros outweigh the cons.

Most of this draft is a crapshoot anyway. We've been making gambles since the 3rd round.

It's only the addition of another roster spot, we're all in the same boat. If you really wouldn't have taken a TE, then I have no problem with you switching your choice right now... all these backs are in about the same tier at this point.... who would you have taken? You want Helu... go ahead. You JUST took a TE a few picks ago, it's not like this is changing the complete dynamics of everything.

I call Bullshit! starBUCKS is trying to trade Helu for Kendricks......Forget Lance, I'll trade you my biggest mistake of the draft thus far....Washaun Ealey.

Still need BuckeyeMac & Gatorubet to register on the Athlon site. Please try to do this ASAP so I can upload the draft as we go along. I can also set the schedules & get the Divisions set.

Thanks guys

That's not very nice. I mean if you want to win so bad when we play I will play all of my guys that are on their bye week:( A majority of us decided yesterday to go this route and usually a majority rules anyhow even if you weren't around.

Also, we started saying pages ago how difficult it was finding quality players after the second round. I think you might have the same problem that I have sometimes is that I do not think before I post.

Mr. Commissioner has done a lot of work over the past couple years to make this a nice little game for 12 of us.
