2009 Under Armour All-America Game - Jan. 4th

If you needed a reason to watch, here's a pretty good one:

He's scary good. Makes me wish the Eddie George ties ran a little thicker. Man, he's good. I never thought I'd see an infinitely more athletic version of Troy Smith, but this kid as the ability to be just that, if he continues to develop his passing game.

Many of the country's premiere college football prospects will be in Orlando this week for the 2009 Under Armour All-American Game and the men in the trenches on the defensive side of the ball are as good as they come.

Continued...

This will be the most interesting thing to watch, IMO...especially with OSU fans keeping an eye on Fellows and Adams...

anyone know if the practices are open, and if so what time/where? I live in orlando and can't make the game so would like the next best thing. I also would love to get some pictures for the board of our future buckeyes.

Seems like all of our guys in All-Star games are getting good reviews.

Jamie Wood seems like the only one who is struggling. Possible Buckeyes like Marlan Brown and Tajh Boyd haven't really impressed either.

Fellows, Carter, Berry, Simon, Bell, Brown, Mewhort, Fragel and possible Buckeyes Hall and Adams have all received kudos. Haven't heard much about Fields or Barnett one way or the other.

As for Wood, it is mainly his coverage ability that has not looked good. If you are a pessimist you think of Jamario. If you are an optimist you think of Doss when taking in this info. (Or maybe he ends up as the Tyler Moeller/Jermale Hines guy)
