This Ohio native is already up over 300 pounds on a 6-foot-5 frame. Several jaws hit the ground when he walked into the Rivals.com media room. His upper and lower body is in proportion and he is keeping in shape running the hardwoods for his high school basketball team. Many have wondered if he is a big guard or an offensive tackle; I can tell you based on the way he looked on the hoof he is ready to compete for playing time this fall at tackle.

The East squad is littered with talent, so it is always hard to pick a certain MVP, but during the opening session of Tuesday's practice Bryce Brown stole the show and proved why is among the nation's elite. We also take a look at some of the other standouts.

3 all-star games and this infinitely (& recklessly) early system of invitations really cheapens the whole value of the thing. I enjoy watching all of the action, but with the roster spots tripled, there's almost room for a Golic legacy.

In a couple years there'll be a Sun Valley Conference Commits All-Star Game, sponsered by Beech-Nut. Hee yuk...
