I realize that I have pseudo-homeristic tendencies on this; but I'll state it anyway...

Oregon State would, IMO, take Michigan to the shed next year (or pretty much any year in the near future). The one benefit that UM would have against Oregon State is playing them early in the year. They tend to start slow, but always end strong. Furthermore, Riley is many times over the coach that Rodriguez is.

They could then end 2009, start 2010 and end 2010 with losses to OSU. Not sure they are down for that.

So Syracuse is eliminated because they are too good. Pitt won't work because RR pisses his pants and forgets who he is for a half hour when he hears that name. Oregon State is out for the "which OSU loss are you talking about?" issue. That pretty much leaves Duke.

Oh the fun we'll have if they lose to fucking Duke.

Cullen Christian will not decide until midseason, will officially visit UM, UCLA, WVU.

DT Sharif Floyd will officially visit PSU, probably BC, and possibly 1 more. Will decide at the end of football season.

MNW OL Torrian Wilson will visit LSU, top-5 is Stan, Da U, Mich, UF, LSU (not in order).

exactly what I was thinking. the kid could have not gone to a single class this year and they'd find a way to get him in.

According to the Ohio Ed websites (and many others), the June OGT results were due Aug 25, with early results on Aug 11.

Either way, it has been consistently reported that the UM staff was not worried one iota about Turner qualifying, and that has been the case since long before the June retake.
