If Arkansas beats LSU and MSU beats Ole Miss...the SEC would only have 2 teams with conference win percentage > .500.

serious drop off after the top 2 this year.
normally we'll have a few teams at the top, but that's just not the case.

very noticeable gap between Florida/Bama, and everybody else.

This year's SEC reminds me of the tOSU/Michigan 2006 campaign. I'm very intrigued to see what happens to the SEC media impression IF the bowl games end the same way they did for tOSU and Michigan that year.
To make that happen both Florida and Bama have to take ass-whippings in the BCSNC and Sugar Bowl. tOSU and M*ch*g*n were arguably ranked one and two when they both were humiliated in their respective games. If we are undefeated when we meet in the SECCG, it will be the exact situation leading up to the 2006 BCS bowl games.

I don't see Texas beating us by three or four TDs, as defense is our strength.

We will see, and anything is possible. A loss by one will not bring about that media impression. We both have to lose big. And if one of us wins the BCSCG, then the SEC is a perfect 1.00 in BCSC Games, and the four in a row for the SEC will deflect any ass beating the other team may take in the Sugar Bowl...IMHO

I know. It's just interesting (to me) how similar the two seasons are so far with regard to the regular season. I should also note that the Buckeyes offense was a juggernaut that year. We all remember how well that strength played. Anyway...
