announcers didn't mention it, but I thought Beanie stumbled a little bit halfway through the 40. It looked like he had to regain his balance.

I'd expect something better on the second time.

4.57 doesn't help Beanie, but it doesn't hurt either...thus far only 1 back has broken 4.5 I think.

I noticed the same thing. Marshal Faulk said "He was fighting it...runners fight it when they aren't confident in their speed."
