2009 NCAA Basketball Tournament

I think it is still a little too early to project which teams are going to make it in especially when you look at your last three. I would not discount PSU making the dance over one of the last three in your list. Also, I think quite a bit will weigh on how these teams play in the Big 10 tournament. I would say the only locks are MSU, Purdue, and Illinois.

That was before we lost to NW on Wednesday.
These next couple games are very important to our seeding. I would love for the Buckeyes to win some games and work their way to a 5, 6 or 7 seed. I do not want to see them at a 8/9 seed.

It's getting kind of exciting to see the fight going on now for teams trying to get into the Dance. Today was filled with great BB games. That Iowa - PS was one of the best.
The B10 has several teams in the middle all tied up in the standings.
Winners today included Wisc and Mich. while Minn might have lost their chance .

Soon enough we will know the field for this year's Dance.
I think the B10 gets 7 teams in;
MSU
Ill
Pur
tOSU
Wisc
Minn
PSU.

Meanwhile NC lost again but I bet they still get a #1 seed

You don't hate Michigan? Not even a little?
Ps is 22 -11
Mich is 20 -13
That's it.
No, that's not it. PSU played hot garbage out of conference. Michigan played Duke twice (won once), beat UCLA, lost a close one to MD. What was PSU's best OOC opponent? Georgia "2-14" Tech?

Michigan can play with anybody, for reasons I don't quite understand. Penn State is a nice story that derailed in february.
Besides PS hasn't been there in a long time and I think the judges will see that.
Unless you think their NIT tradition holds some weight, the same applies to UM.

scUM also played Connecticut tough at Storrs before losing 69-61.

PSU's SOS is awful.

PSU has been to the Dance more recently than scUM.

No I don't hate Michigan. I hate losing to them though.
I think it is record only and Mich will be left out in the cold.
Maybe that's why I didn't get an invitation to be on the selection committee.

More than anything it is the record.
