While many may question the choice of Red X in the 4th round, I've heard that he ran the 40 in 4.4 seconds. Thus, his combine workout more than made up for the fact that there was no film of him. I think the Chiefs are getting a real steal with Red X. [/Todd McShay]

Just a suggestion, but maybe the thread title shouldn't have the "current pick" in it. Especially if it's not going to be current within 15 picks or four days from when that pick was made.

#1. It looks like I've been holding this bitch up for four days.
#2. The people that are holding it up don't even bother to check a thread, that says in the title, that it isn't even close to time for them to pick.

Atlanta Falcons 2009 NFL Draft - NFL Draft Needs of the Atlanta Falcons
States the Falcons have needs at TE, DT, LB, and OT, and S.

They've done a good job adressing the TE, DT, LB, and OT needs but still haven't found a safety to groom in replacing Lawyer Malloy who is 35 years old. Therefore I recommend Stephen Hodge, S, TCU. Good value in the 5th round, performed decent in the combine, and will have a year or two to be groomed into starting material.

Jacksonville:
They have addressed some pressing needs at the OL position and upgraded their secondary. Their line backing core is nothing spectacular and a major oversight has been made with no one picking either Worrell Williams, California nor Jason Phillips, TCU. Either of these two are extremely good value this late and can provide immediate help in both special teams and linebacking.
