You have to ask if you are talking about a Clarett playing healthy - which he rarely did. His were not fluke injuries - they were exacerbated by his running style. Beanie runs just as strong and also gets dinged - but plays through it. Look at the strides Beanie made between his Frosh ans Soph seasons and consider that his wrist and ankle bothered him all season. Potentially we could see more improvement this year than we did last.
Factor that in - and look at the backups - and this one isn't close.
If you agree - think about that for a second. MoC was clearly one of the key components (if not the key component) of the 2002 run. And 2008 is better at that position by a a couple of leagues.
