Sorry for forgetting the sarcasm font. I can't imagine anyone actually doing what I suggested - even me.

...Now, while you may not get to see it live you have two chances to see it, and it'll be in HD...

I must have missed the original question, but iirc, the official site said that BTN.com was going to do a live webcast. Has that changed (since last week)?

Interesting article on Nebraska's Spring game prices. WOW, $95 per ticket to see a scrimmage.

Huskers fans paying up to watch spring game

LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) -- The week of the sold-out Bruce Springsteen concert in Omaha last month, you could call a local ticket broker and pay $39 for a seat. For Saturday's sold-out Nebraska spring football game, that broker is getting $95 a ticket.
"I'm not going to be one to judge the craziness of Nebraska football fans," Ticket Express owner Chad Carr said. "The weird thing about this game, I can't keep tickets in stock."
This, remember, is not a real game. It's a scrimmage.

So you want the 11 Big Ten athletic directors to spread the spring games from March 15 through May 24? I think that would create some problems with the scheduling of practices.

They could easily spread the games over two weekends and different start times depending on locale. Then the BTN could broadcast maybe three different games at once (they have three channels on DirecTV IIRC).

For example:

Apr 12, 12:00 noon EST
Penn State
Michigan State
Indiana

Apr 12, 2:30 pm EST (1:30 pm local)
Iowa
Wisconsin
Minnesota

Apr 19, 12:00 noon EST
Ohio State
Michigan

Apr 19, 2:30 pm EST (1:30 pm local except Purdue)
Illinois
Northwestern
Purdue

BTN could broadcast live three games of the six on Apr 12th and three of the five on Apr 19th.

Actually the locals have been getting the game free for years on Columbus CBS affiliate.

I have seen it on Channel 10 (I live near Dayton)...will I be able to see it on the Columbus station again or no?

I think the winner of our Division will possibly be 9 and 7 , and land a 4 seed playoff spot. If the Browns do better?? Great. But realistically, 9 wins is being realistic. That schedule the Browns have is brutal, open with Dallas and then 3 straight divisional games. We have to be on our A game straight from the shoot..............
