A seven-run lead going into the seventh inning should have been enough of a cushion for LSU in its series finale against Georgia on Sunday afternoon. But, this year's Tigers team has developed the pattern of being unable to play well over the last three innings.

Florida Update

From GatorBait (what the hell is it with you people and "bait" :lol: )

What a two week period has it been for Florida, just two weeks ago the Gators were a likely national seed and in first place overall in the SEC and SEC East. Two weeks later, the Gators find themselves barely hanging on to second place in the SEC East and now trailing Georgia. Back-to-back SEC series losses to Tennessee and now Arkansas, have the Gators in a must win weekend series in Lexington, Kentucky this weekend.

Just a little bit. The ONE area of bragging rights those douchebags had on us over the last 2 years is now GONE. I am rejoicing in their sorrow, and hope they drown in their own tears.

How the hell can a team that has never won anything of value (C-USA titles ain't shit) be so damn arrogant?

Gators tie up the series with the flea infested butt sniffers. So I am drinking out of happiness instead of sadness.

Because I was drinking no matter what. #$%#$% Jazzfest rained out today. Many streets in my hood flooded.

:groove2: :banger: Gators win 7-2 to take the series from the mange ridden poop rollers. Typical Gator-Mutt series, with some bad blood all game. Coaches shook hands but got both teams off the field w/out shaking hands line up to avoid a brawl. :biggrin:

I hate the freaking Mutts, and love ruining their day.:groove3: :cheers:

haven't played them since '02 regional (maybe once since then), due to "poor sportsmanship" and "bad blood" between the two schools.

They beat Tulane and smoked Bama in baseball this year.

Words can not describe this group.They ahte LSU because it is the Flagship University of Louisiana. They hate us because we're successful. They think we quit playing them in football for so many years out of fear of losing that game (even though that FG they got in '06 was their highest point total in our game since 1924).

They helped engineer that whole name change from Univ. of Southwest La.
To UL. Thinking that if they were just called Louisiana they would get the same National attention as Texas.

They truly believe that the state government is holding them down and giving all of the state's tax dollars to LSU (even though the LSU athletic department is 100% self sufficient and takes no state money).

In its previous two visits to The Box, South Carolina won a combined six consecutive games against LSU. The chances were certainly present for this season's nationally-ranked Gamecocks to duplicate those feats. There was a sweep at The Box this weekend. However, it was South Carolina which got swept.
