Sorry, but you guys just don't get it at all. Maybe as a Political Science major I am more cognizant on these things. However, with that logic it would be disrespectful to wear a NYC shirt after 9-11 just because you're from Ohio. Just because you wear a VT hat or whatever has nothing AT ALL to do with football obviously you don't understand the gravity of the situation. I would point out that yesterday the VT asked everyone in America to wear maroon and orange so you need to think these things through before you speak.

Dude...chill out. I was like 3 credits away from minoring in Political Science besides majors and minors don't have anything to do with this. I was a History major would you like me to criticize your posts from now on based on a historical perspective? Message boards are full of opinons and people can differ. Don't take it as a personal attack just because I don't agree or feel that it would be right for me to rock some VT gear. I am just saying that some people feel like wearing the VT gear and some don't. I personally don't feel it would be the right thing for me to do. Didn't say you couldn't. Also I don't think that 9/11 and the horrible VT shooting are all that comparable but again just my opinion.

does anyone have the appropriate link for 10tv.com's live stream of the game? there is a hyperlink for the live stream of last year's game, but i have yet to find whether this hyperlink will work for this year's game. i have searched 10tv.com for the link, but there is no mention of it. i sent them an email. perhaps they will reply in time.

Isn't this thread about the spring game? Enough of the "I'm smarter than you" pissing contest. Some people chose to wear Va. Tech colors yesterday, and some did not. It doesn't make one or the other wrong......... Anyone that has a major in "common sense" can figure that one out.:wink2:

I obviously can't go to the game today, but after here's what i want to hear about after the game:

QB Play- Well this is an obvious one so i think it's unnecessary to explain.

Ray Small- It would be great to hear him making some huge impact plays today.

O-Line- Can't wait to see how these guys perform when they have to prove themselves, but a couple starters are injured so can't really get a pinpoint accurate feeling on them.

D-Line- We all know what Big Vern can do but I would like to see why Lawrence Wilson was picked first. Most of all, the play of the DTs will be interesting.

Linebackers- I think it's a great oppurtunity to see how Gibson and Johnson have developed. Also I would like to know how Grant is coming along, I'm hoping for a big season from him.

Safeties- Im fairly confident Russell will start but the other safety position is up for grabs and could be won by any player. I'm disappointed that Jam-O can't play, I was looking forward to hearing how he's come along.
