2007 NFL Draft (Projections/Mock Drafts/Evaluations/Draft)

no one is missing much on irish eyes. the mods are erasing bunches of threads and posts.

IrishEyes is the worst board I have ever dealt with. They wouldn't allow any threads about Weis's lawsuits (even though there were actual news reports), but they allowed all sorts of rumors about USC and Ohio State to stand based on mother's mailman's cousin reports.

For those of you who argue against Chicago trying to get Brady Quinn in the first round, because they need someone immediiately to help, how about them signing Trent Green? I'm sure he has a few decent years left, and theres no way he could be worse than Grossman. This way they don't have to break the bank, and they can get a leader to try to get a super bowl victory and also can draft immediate help in the early rounds.

Quinn to the Browns is OK now.

Remember a guy named Kosar who couldn't do anything except make good decisions...but he also had a team.

Kosar was a beast in college. Quinn only beat up on cupcakes and stacked his stats. Quinn's ceiling is Kosar imo -- mind you, ceiling.

All reports indicate Miami has all but completed a trade for Green. Hard to imagine they'd pass on Quinn without anything to fall back on except Cleo Lemon.

I have nothing against the Bears signing a quality elder QB who can teach Rex some things and be there when he gets injured.

I really dont think anyone is going to be breaking the bank for Quinn now. He has lost a shit ton of money dropping like this, I wonder if his "girlfriend" is still in the room with him.
