DAMN!!
3-1 Golden State. Maybe Dallas won't "turn it on".
GS is a dangerous team. They're fast, disruptive and can beat you a lot of ways. Unfortunately, they also get sloppy at times, so I don't think they're a lock to win this series. Definately a fun team to watch, and you gotta love how electric their fans are.

Dirk is huge. I know they didn't win, but those 2 threes he made at the end of the game were awesome.

:slappy:

Dirk is not huge. See him miss shot after shot when the game was actually on the line. See him disappear for long stretches of the game.

3 pointers at the end were window dressing

MVP? :slappy: :slappy:

Dirk is the opposite of huge. If he gets the MVP, it will be a travesty.

Let me put it this way. Ask Dallas fans who they'd rather have the ball in their hands for a last second shot(not meaningless three down six with twenty seconds left, I'm talking tie game or down by one/two), Dirk or Jason Terry. I'd guess that any fan that knows basketball and has followed the team the who year would pick Terry.

Anyways, staying up to watch the game last night was totally worth the tiredness(even though I had my Psych final exam at 8 this morning). Golden State is such a fun team to watch. Them versus Utah would be a very interesting series.

Combined playoff record for last year's NBA finalists: 1-7.

It was great watching Golden State get the win again. The Barkley thing is entertaining also. After Dallas dropped game 1, he said Dallas would still win the series in 5. He also dissed the city of Oakland and the Bay area. He was wearing a Nowitzki jersey in the studio during the game last night.

They had a large picture of Barkley on the screen in the arena after the game, and then an animated superhero threw a large pie that splattered on the Chuckster's face.

That Houston/Utah game was a great game...

Not sure why when Utah was down 2 with about 20 seconds left they had Derek Fisher drive the lane, where he picked up that charge call...

Why not have the ball in Williams hands?

That series is set to go 7 games as I don't see Utah losing game 6 at home...

If Hooston had gotten the Yao of previous games, this would have been a blowout. Looks like Battier, Alston, et al. actually came to play today.

Raptor fans are a fiesty bunch tonight. Chanting VC sucks, doing the ole ole soccer chant, they've had the bull shit chant going a few times too. Fun to watch.

Well the Raptors were lucky to hold on after having a big lead...I think that the Nets will finish the Raptors off in game 6, if not game 7 will be a toss up...

Looks like Dallas came to play tonite...

This series has been great. Any chance Dirk had of MVP went down the tubes with this series. It will be interesting if and win GS wins how they do against the other teams. Do they only match up well against the Mavs, or have they stepped up their play?
