Honestly, I don't even know what will happen. Golden State refuses to die and surprises me every game. I think even if they lose game 6, they still have a great chance of winning.

great chance? are you serious? game 7, in Dallas, after having them beat and not finishing the job then proceeding to lose game 6 at home. Dallas will bury GS if it comes down to game 7.

I think it will be intersting. I don't think GS is done by anymeans. It would be one thing if Dallas dominated this game, but GS stuck in there and I think homecourt advantage was pretty much the deciding factor. Some of those calls at the end will go Golden States way next game when they'll have the crowd behind them.

We'll see. I hope it goes seven personally. :)

I understand where you are coming from, but how long can we doubt this GS team against the Mavs. I am just saying they have continued to play great ball in Dallas or Oakland. I am not saying they would be the favorite, but they wouldn't be out of it, IMO. They haven't gotten blown out at all, and at times make the Mavs look terrible. Who knows?

fair enough, but I think you are underestimating the significance of losing a 3-1 lead and having to play game 7 on the road.

True, and it all depends on how they lose the game. It is just a weird situation where a decent team has outplayed the #1 seed about every game. I think GS takes it in six though.

GS showed for the first time last nite that they felt the pressure, when all they had to do was close it out with a 9 pt lead with a little over 3 minutes to go...

Dirk finally showed up and hit the big shots...I think that Mavs get them in game 6 in a close game, and then they get them in game 7 in a double digit win...

But GS has suprised me so far, and if they keep playing as well as they have, anything can happen...

I really think the Mavs will come back and win this series. They are just too good of a team and too well coached to lose it. If they win Game 6, it's over. GS won't be able to withstand the pressure. All the credit in the world to them and Nelly. They showed they are truly a good BB team, and deserve to be in the playoffs.

I would say that Golden State has the edge, but that would only be if they lost Game 5 cleanly. But they choked big time. That has to weigh on their minds.

For the first time since the Lakers/Kings series a few years back, tomorrow's game is something I'm actually going to make sure I don't miss.

couldn't agree more. i just said to my buddy a few hours ago that they would be in better shape if they had just gotten blown out. IMO they are going to choke it away.

Baron Davis strains his hammy, basically playing on 1 leg. The GS fans will use this as the reason they choked the series away, but his hammy was fine when they choked away game 5.
Whether they should have held on last time doesn't change the fact that his hammy is leading to huge holes on the defensive end. I think it might be perfectly reasonable to blame the injury for this potential loss.
Tis a shame.
Indeed.
