Darko signs a 3 yr/21mil deal with Memphis. Great news for the Cavs since they were the #1 suiter for Wild Thing. With them out of the running, that opens the door for the Cavs to re-sign him at a much more affordable contract without the doubling from the luxury tax.

The talk of a Gooden for Bibby trade is heating back up. Word has it, Amon Ones (no d or J ) was also included to make the money closer. Of course, they must be assuming Wild Thing is going to re-sign. Too bad they can't dump Hughes in the deal also. Oh well.

They just had a bit on Sportscenter about the Cavs latest run at Bibby. They mentioned the core of the offer being Gooden and Jones, but added that the Cavs needed to "sweeten the pot" to get the Kings to pull the trigger on the deal.

Bibby is around 30 and makes 13 mil. Gooden is 25 and makes 6 mil. Sweeten the deal my ass. Gooden has a great contract.
