I received my application in the mail today.

I'm in the A-C last name portion, and Illinois (Nov. 10th) is the home game offered.

What other games are people getting, and for which letter groups?

Note - It doesn't seem like the online link is ready to process the alumni season renewals yet. Maybe that will happen on May 1st.

EDIT - the site (hangonsloopy.com) nanow has a image to click for Alumni Tickets, and a separate one for Faculty/Staff. Both of those have a message indicating that they will be active from May 1st through May 31st.

Ditto on Akron (last name begins with "W")

I'll buy the tickets to stay eligible for Michigan lottery. Ad it's the only time my wife gets to go.

My sister's student ticket application came, too. That's the one I'm really interested in.

Illinois for me (my dad) too. I'll be there.

I'm going to pass on alumni tickets this year. I'll save my money for a trip to Ann Arbor or State College.

This is a bad move.
a) You'll make more money by getting the tickets and selling them.
b) You could be a good samaritan and sell them to somebody on here for face.
c) If you don't get your tix every year, your chances of winning the Michigan lottery go down.

A-C Illinois 11/10
D-G Michigan State 10/20
H-L Wisconsin 11/3
M-P Northwestern 9/22
Q-S Youngstown State 9/1
T-Z Akron 9/8

I got my application for Youngstown State this weekend. 23 years of buying alumni tickets and I didn't get a conference game again. sigh.

I'm with you, BuckeyeGirl- YSU. Sad. But hey, it's still a chance to get back to Columbus and sit in The 'Shoe, right?

I will need some MSU tickets, if anyone wants/needs to unload a pair...

Illinois.

Did find out my cousin and his roomate are trying out for the band this year, so I told them to make sure that they got their tickets so they can give them to me if they make the band and dont need the tickets anymore :)

I know they don't want to hear it but...

We've all read the song and dance about how they try their best to rotate the games offered to the alumni. You know, non-conference one year, conference the next...mixing up the conference games offered...September one year, October or November the next....

If that is the case, why did Q-S people get the first game of the year last year (Northern Illinois) and the first game of the year this year (Youngstown State). It looks to me like absolutely NO effort went into this year's game selections.

I'm still buying the tickets like I always do, but I was hoping not to have to lather up with 45 SPF sunblock throughout the game this year. Roasting somewhere in south stands while watching a blow out isn't really what comes to mind when I think about "Football Saturdays". Oh well, at least I'll get to see the 4 script Ohio's at once since the first game is usually Alumni Band Day.
