How is the league keeping the Saints down? The schedule is predetermined and based on what division you are in and what place you end up in the division. The way teams go from 6-10 to 10-6 now, that schedule will probably not end up being the 3rd toughest by the end of the season.

I'd put even money on the 'Aints repeating their record next year, regardless of who they played or where they played them.

The Browns were 6-10 last year, and had multiple close losses. We very easily couldve been 8-8 last year.

A two game improvement in a coaches second season isnt unrealistic.

They also had a couple of close wins (Oakland 9-7 in probably the ugliest NFL game I have ever witnessed, Green Bay 26-24). So they easily coulve been 4-12 last year as well.
